Through sets of production stress tests and our profiling and tuning experience, we have identified hot areas that need monitoring and narrowed down system monitoring to four areas of attention that gives full, high level picture of system performance.
We have our own monitoring tool concentrating on providing better precision of the information within those four areas, rather then providing wide specter of "sensors".
Another critical methodological aspect is our ability to monitor any type of equipment, anywhere. Our process is able to submit information through any types of routers, proxies, firewalls utilizing the most common protocol - HTTP. |
