The March of Dimes has been working with Digital Edge for the past three years. We have engaged them for multiple projects and have always been extremely satisfied with their results. What makes DE different from other vendors we have used is we have a direct conduit into their senior levels of management. I have never had to navigate through a series of VRU prompts or customer service representatives in order to speak to the person I needed. They are truly 24x7, and on more than one occasion, I have called at odd hours and never had a problem with contact or response.
Perhaps more important to us is the value we place on Mike Petov and his team's honest opinions. We have utilized DE to challenge other companies such as Microsoft and Oracle when they are presenting various solutions to our organization.
Digital Edge was originally brought in to help MOD manage our relationship with Globix. For a time we were only using DE as a redundant partner, but as they helped us get through some rough times with Globix, we transitioned all our co-lo business to them.
Since our relationship began, DE has created entire environments; and we have never had any problems or disappointments. That is all we could ask from a business partner; responsiveness, honesty, and quality solutions.

When we first came to Digital Edge, we were looking for someone who could design and implement a complete IT infrastructure for us. This was no easy task as we needed to address multiple business challenges, and at the same time guarantee both a reliable and scalable system that could accommodate future growth. Since our business provides an outsourced solution for administration of hedge funds, we had a host of compliance issues to contend with along with the creation of the new technology platform.
Not only did Digital Edge construct what we asked for, they also provided AIS with all documentation and training, as well as facilitated the hiring of engineers to bring the knowledge base in-house. We are now collocated at their Staten Island data center and they are continuing to maintain and monitor our system flawlessly!
We have worked with many vendors over the years, but none have been as professional and accommodating as Digital Edge. They are always there when we call them, 24x7, and have saved us thousands of dollars by simply being honest when it comes to what we need, and when we actually need it.
